Recruitment
Are you looking for new colleagues who will fit well into your team? Are your own recruitment efforts getting a low response? Do you need help selecting the best candidates so you can focus on your business? We’re happy to help!
We will listen carefully to understand your current needs and to learn more about your company. Together, we will create a realistic profile of your ideal employee and design an effective recruitment strategy. Almost always, we include direct candidate outreach as part of the recruitment process. We source candidates from our internal database and a large set of carefully selected external resources. Headhunting is our standard approach for filling complex positions – at no additional cost to you.
We won’t flood you with dozens of CVs – we always select the best candidates based on their experience and references. You will only receive profiles of candidates we have actually interviewed and who know we are presenting them to you. For relevant positions, we can also arrange reference checks, as well as testing of language skills or other qualifications, based on agreement.We work under a “no placement – no fee” policy. Our services are free of charge until you decide to hire one of our candidates. Even then, we provide guarantees within an agreed period. If you’re not satisfied with your new employee or the candidate leaves, we will offer you a free replacement.
Temporary agency employment
Are you experiencing fluctuations in demand for your products or services? Is it common in your industry to have alternating slow and busy seasons? Are internal policies preventing you from increasing your employee headcount?
In accordance with your requirements and needs, we will select suitable candidates. The entire recruitment process is carried out with the same care as in a traditional recruitment for your permanent staff.
We will then become the employer of the candidates who will start working for your company, on your premises. We will handle their payroll, related social and health insurance, and taxes, manage their benefits, organize business trips, and so on. We will take proper care of all the administrative duties required by law, as well as the employees themselves.
Your responsibility will be to assign shifts to your agency workers, give them tasks and instructions, and decide when and for how long you need these employees.
Try & Hire
Would you prefer to work with new employees on a flexible basis before hiring them as permanent staff? Or do you currently lack the necessary headcount?
First, take advantage of our agency employment service, and later offer the candidate a permanent position within your company.
By using the Try & Hire service, you gain more time to verify that the selected employee is the right fit for your company, team, and specific role. The employee will work on your premises and follow your instructions from day one. When you decide to hire them permanently, the transition will be seamless.
